Accommodation in Nazaret, Valencia: what you need to know

🚗 Free parking and close to the beaches

If you are travelling by car, Nazaret has one big advantage: you can park for free on the street. Unlike Valencia city centre or the more touristy neighbourhoods, there is no “blue zone” (regulated paid parking) here.

And if your plan is to enjoy the sea, driving is a great, quick way to reach the beaches (both Las Arenas/Malvarrosa to the north and the unspoilt beaches of El Saler to the south). Of course, the bus network and bike lanes will also get you to the coast in just a few minutes.

🚇 Getting around: hassle-free public transport

So you don’t have to worry about how to reach the main sights, here are the most direct options, just a few steps from your apartment:

  • Metro (Line 10): At the entrance to the neighbourhood (Plaza del Tranvía) you will find the “Natzaret” metro station. It is modern, fast and very easy to use. It takes you straight to the city centre (Alacant station, next to Estación del Norte) in about 15 minutes, with a stop at the City of Arts and Sciences.
  • City bus (EMT): You will find bus stops along the neighbourhood’s main street (Calle Mayor de Nazaret) and its side streets. The most useful lines are:
    • Line 4: Takes you straight to the heart of the historic centre (Plaza del Ayuntamiento).
    • Line 23: To Pinedo beach, a quieter, family-friendly and pet-friendly beach.
    • Line 95: Perfect because it runs alongside the whole Turia Gardens (the old riverbed). Use it to reach Malvarrosa beach, the City of Arts and Sciences, the Serranos Towers or Bioparc.
  • Bike (Valenbisi): Valencia is completely flat and the bike lane reaches the neighbourhood. Just a 3-minute walk from your accommodation there is a Valenbisi public bike station (right next to the Plaza del Tranvía metro stop).

Don’t forget to buy your SUMA / MOBILIS card, which lets you travel by bus, metro and train.
